NEET 2018 Application form : The NEET UG Application form will be available from 2nd week of December 2018.Aspirants must check the NEET UG 2018 official notice before commencement of Application form. CBSE will provide the application form its official website as per given schedule.Candidate are required to fill the application form with necessary details in required fields such as name of the candidate, date of birth, other details.Before filling the application candidates have to registered themselves for registration no. & Password.Candidates are also required to upload their scanned images of photo, signature in required format in Online Application form.After successful application submission,candidates have to take printout of the application form for future use.No need to send the hard copy of application form.Here is the step by step procedure for apply online successfully.

NEET 2018 Registration
All the candidate are required to register for themselves for as a new registration.Go to official website click "Apply Online"link.Registration form will be open.In this section candidate will have to fill the registration form like candidate name, father name,mother name,category,State of eligibility,Aadhaar Number,Mobile no, E-mail ID.Submit the details & click on next button.Create password and security question.
Fill NEET Online Application form 2018
After successful registration, candidates have to fill the application form.Enter the fee payment details in required fields.After that candidate has to fill the online application form with personal details such as Candidate name,date of birth,SSC Hall ticket number,qualifying examination hall ticket no. and other information also.
Upload Images
Upload candidate photo & signature in JPEG/JPG format.
Finally submit the application and take printout for future correspondence.
Fee Payment
Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.1400/- (Rs.750/-for SC/ST Candidates) through following modes.
1.By Credit / Debit Card
2.Remittance through E-Challn by depositing in CBSE Account with Syndicate /SBI/ICICI / HDFC Banks.
3.Net Banking
4.E-wallet of common services center.
Print Confirmation Page
Candidates are required to print the confirmation page for finally.
